Order confirmation
Our customer service will contact customer for order settlement. Customer will receive a receipt once the order payment is confirmed.
(If you do not receive the order receipt in case of using e-mail, please check your Spam/Junk E-mail folder.)
Order modification/cancellation
Order cannot be modified or cancelled once it is placed successfully. Due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness nature of the item, item cannot be exchanged or returned except for incorrect delivered, quality or damage issue.
Incorrect delivered, quality or damage issue
If customer received item(s) with the stated issues, please contact our Customer Service at cs@jcaremedical.hk within 3 days upon receipt of the item(s).
Delivery cost
Free delivery service will be offered for the order(s) at net amount of HK$500 or above.
For order(s) less than HK$500, additional HK$50 delivery cost will be charged. Save HK$20 on delivery cost by LIKE JCaremedical Facebook page and SHARE the page content.
Price adjustment
As an eCommerce business, our price adjusts in response to the stock and market demand. In that case, we will not issue a refund for the price(s) adjusted.
